Beckhoff AX5103 is a one-channel digital compact servo drive from the AX5000 series, designed for high-performance motion control in EtherCAT-based machines. It supports a wide supply range (3×100…480 V AC ±10%, also 1×100…240 V AC) and delivers 3 A rated motor current (up to 7.5 A peak), with a DC link up to 875 V DC. The drive integrates EtherCAT communication and supports multiple feedback systems such as SinCos 1 Vpp, resolver, EnDat®, HIPERFACE®, BiSS® B, and OCT, making it flexible for different servo motor types. It is a cabinet-mount IP20 unit with dimensions 317.7 × 92 × 232 mm (H×W×D, without connectors) and is commonly ordered as AX5103-0000-0200 / AX5103-0000-0202.
