Applied Motion Systems STM23Q-2RE is a NEMA 23 integrated stepper drive + motor that combines compact wiring with flexible motion control. It runs from an external 12–70 VDC supply and delivers up to 5.0 A/phase (peak-of-sine) with ~0.88 N·m torque, supporting multiple command options including Step/Dir, CW/CCW pulse, 0–5 V analog speed/position reference, and RS-485 serial. The “Q” model adds Q Programming for on-board standalone indexing/sequence control, plus an incremental encoder option (listed as 1000-line), making it ideal for small automation axes, indexing tables, feeders, pick-and-place sub-axes, and retrofit upgrades where you want an all-in-one motor + drive with simple commissioning and dependable positioning.
