PR 5220 is a compact DIN-rail weight transmitter for silo/vessel/hopper scales that processes weight signals from analogue and digital load cells with up to 120,000 increments. It supports fast commissioning using Smart Calibration (PC-based calibration without weights), provides EasyFill® for simple one-component dosing, and enables remote configuration/service via an integrated web interface. Standard connectivity is Ethernet TCP/IP with Modbus TCP, with optional fieldbus variants (e.g., PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet) for integration into control systems.
