CRB2 Series Rotary Actuator Vane Type

SMC CRB2BW20-90SZ is a CRB2 Series vane-type rotary actuator in basic mounting style with a double shaft and single-flat shaft form. This exact model is a size 20, 90° single-vane version, supplied without auto switch and without an angle adjuster. The official CRB2 manual lists 5 to 60°C fluid temperature, 0.2 to 0.7 MPa operating pressure for size 20 single-vane models, side port M5×0.8 with axial port M3×0.5, and allowable shaft loads of 25 N radial and 20 N thrust. From the official effective-torque chart, the size 20 single-vane model is about 1.0 N·m at 0.7 MPa.
