ATI QC-50 Tool Changer is a pneumatic robotic tool changer designed to let a robot automatically change end-effectors such as grippers, vacuum tooling, motors, and weld guns. The official ATI material specifies a 50 kg recommended payload, 226 Nm moment/torque capacity, 0.015 mm positional repeatability, integrated M5 and BSPP pneumatic pass-through ports, optional utility modules, and a patented fail-safe No-Touch locking mechanism with internal lock/unlock sensing.
