SmartCIM 4.0

SmartCIM 4.0 is a modular computer integrated manufacturing training system designed for Industry 4.0 education using a real production line. It combines automated production workstations, automated storage and retrieval, assembly and quality-control functions, and a continuous-loop conveyor into one interconnected manufacturing environment. The system is managed through OpenMES as a central control and management platform, while Ethernet-based communications, smart sensors, and IIoT concepts support hands-on learning in automation, systems integration, networking, monitoring, and modern smart-factory workflows.
