SHOPPING INFORMATION
How do I place an order on Trubaza?
Browse products, add the required items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account helps you track orders, manage addresses, and view order history easily.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed and processed on Trubaza, a digital invoice will be generated.
The invoice is sent to your registered email address.
You can also download it from your account under My Orders.
GST invoice details (if applicable) will be included based on the billing information provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your invoice, please contact our support team with your Order ID, and we will assist you promptly.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure safe and encrypted payments.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, a GST invoice is provided for eligible purchases. Please enter correct billing details during checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Take clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID and issue details.
We will verify and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer support. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be canceled.
What should I do if my payment fails but money is deducted?
If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
Wait 24 hours (bank reconciliation time).
If not refunded automatically, contact support with payment details and transaction ID.
