Beckhoff EL1809 is an EtherCAT digital input terminal for acquiring 24 V DC binary control signals and transmitting them electrically isolated to the controller. It has 16 input channels with LED status indication, power contacts are connected through, and the input reference ground is the 0 V power contact. It uses a 3 ms input filter to avoid switch bouncing and a 12 mm high-density housing with direct plug-in (1-wire) connection for space-saving control-cabinet installation.
