CP Lab is Festo’s compact, modular Industry 4.0 / IIoT learning system built around pallet transfer workstations that can operate as a single station or as a recirculating production system. It combines a conveyor-based workstation with integrated Siemens S7-1500 control, RFID-based workpiece identification, IO-Link connectivity, intelligent sensors, optional touch-panel HMI, and MES/cloud-ready communication so learners can study networking, process flow, decentralized control, PLC programming, and modern cyber-physical production concepts in a realistic training environment.
