Flexiblock is an automatic linear bottling monoblock for craft spirits that combines rinsing, filling, capping, capsuling, coding, seal or tax-strip application, and labelling in one compact unit. It is custom designed for distilleries, can handle glass bottles from 50 ml to 2000 ml with minimal or no bottle change parts, supports rapid changeovers through servo-driven adjustments from the HMI touchscreen panel, and is offered in configurations from about 400 bph to 1500 bph. For spirits at 45% ABV and above, ATEX-rated machine configurations are available.
