ProSoft PLX32-MBTCP-PND is a DIN-rail Modbus TCP/IP ↔ PROFINET gateway that enables bi-directional data exchange between a PROFINET Controller and Modbus TCP/IP networks. It operates as a PROFINET device (slave), supports multiple simultaneous Modbus TCP/IP client/server connections for higher throughput, provides 2× Ethernet ports for network communications plus remote configuration/diagnostics, and includes an onboard SD card slot (optional) for backup/recovery and configuration transfer.
