Modular multi-loop process/temperature control system where each Z-TIO module provides 4-channel control (or 2 channels for heat/cool), with universal sensor/analog inputs and selectable output types (relay, SSR drive, analog current/voltage, triac, open collector). Modules interconnect for shared 24 V DC power and RS-485 communication (RKC/Modbus/PLC MAPMAN), expandable up to 16 temperature control modules (max 64 channels) and connectable to industrial networks via communication converters.
