RAD-2400-IFS – Wireless Module

Phoenix Contact RAD-2400-IFS (2901541) is a Radioline 2.4 GHz Trusted Wireless transceiver with RS-232/RS-485 interfaces for transmitting either I/O data or serial data. It supports point-to-point, star, and mesh networks (up to 250 stations), offers long range up to 5 km with clear line of sight, and provides license-free 2.4 GHz operation with 128-bit encryption and frequency hopping for industrial reliability. It runs on 24 V DC (19.2…30.5 V DC), is DIN-rail mountable, and can be expanded with up to 32 I/O extension modules; configuration is quick via thumbwheel (I/O mode) or PSI-CONF software (serial / Modbus RTU modes).
