Sensor Head: Long Distance, Small Spot (LK-G3000 Series – High-Speed, High-Accuracy CCD Laser Displacement Sensor)

KEYENCE LK-G152 (LK-G3000 series) is a long-distance, small-spot CCD laser displacement sensor head for high-accuracy measurement. It supports diffused and specular reflection, with a reference distance of 150 mm (diffused) and a spot diameter of approx. Ø120 µm. It specifies repeatability of 0.5 µm and ±0.05% F.S. linearity over a ±40 mm measuring range, operates from 0 to +50 °C, and meets Class 2/II laser safety with an IP67-rated aluminum die-cast body.
