UGT524 is an M18 ultrasonic sensor in a stainless-steel housing (L = 60.5 mm) designed for reliable non-contact distance/detection tasks. It runs on 10…30 V DC and provides one PNP switching output with IO-Link (IEC 61131-9) for parameterization and diagnostics. The output load is up to 100 mA, with built-in reverse-polarity, short-circuit, and overload protection for robust field use. Measurement performance includes repeatability <0.7% and 1 mm resolution, and it operates across -20…70 °C. It uses an M12 (A-coded) connector and is supplied with two M18 stainless-steel lock nuts for mounting.
